Mr. Jayden Nguyen is currently vested with the role of Staff Coordinator at our primary campus, NSPC. His duties encompass the recruitment, training, and supervision of all staff activities at our primary school campus. He is an adept leader, overseeing an efficient and unified team of over 30 staff members.
During his tenure as the Staff Coordinator, Jayden has been the catalyst for numerous strategies and initiatives. His focus has always been on strengthening our team and cultivating a robust, supportive work culture. His diligent efforts have fostered high levels of staff satisfaction, crafting a harmonious workplace where every team member feels valued and acknowledged.
Jayden also helms our educator assessment and training programs, providing invaluable insights that aid our educators in refining their teaching skills, methodologies, and classroom management techniques. Additionally, he undertakes the responsibility of performing biannual evaluations of the educators, ensuring that NSPC consistently upholds high standards.
Beyond his coordinator role, Jayden is a renowned educator, particularly in the domain of Selective Entrance Exams. Over a period of 5 years, Jayden has displayed a distinct flair for teaching and mentoring. He guides students with his unique and effective teaching style, which has successfully placed over 100 students in prestigious selective schools across NSW.
Apart from his professional duties at Ngo and Sons, Jayden is deeply passionate about health, having finished his Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Sydney and working towards a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at the University of Western Australia.
